Adult content display

Applied to R17/R18/RX works. Safe view can also be locked for a session via the palette.

When off (default), adult covers in library rails are blurred even on "show" mode. Turn on to see full covers in comfortable / cover-wall.

Session-only override that forces content mode to "safe". Currently unlocked.
